legacy challenge... take two

ok ok i've read the rules thoroughly and i'm gonna do it right this time. ha. i was reading this site and what i really like about her game play is that she makes it more realistic. why half ass it, although i don't have enough comp skills to do everything. she makes her sims pay for EVERYTHING she has to pay for - including the newspaper and trash pick up. wow. when i get my new desktop perhaps i'll invest the time to figure out all those hacks.

with that said, i may tweak the challenges to have them make more sense. i will also have my sims play with more sense. so my legacy founder will hopefully leave with just as much junk as i did when i finished college - meaning, he will at least have a bed, bookcase, computer (who doesn't own one these days?!), cell phone, ipod (i call em what they are in real life) and dresser.

i find uni to be the most boring expansion pack ever - but i like it when my sim adults have some skills before the enter the world... so here we go.

so i'm totally naming all my heirs for artists that i like, so this should be interesting. ha. i picked jenkins because it's oh so black. ahahaha.

at any rate. all characters come with baggage and he is no different. so right before he left for college he walked in on his high school sweetheart and his bother. ack. she just smiled and continued her business. she wouldn't even stop! and all his brother said "don't hate the player..." he was so done with women, but not into men, so he was just stuck.

he went off to college and focused all his energy into his schoolwork. who needs girls when you can be productive? his first semester and he's already completed one independent studies project. it was entitled, "chickenheads and younger siblings: a scientific exploration of the attraction." he got an a of course and thought this writing biz is easy! he began writing his first novel - currently untitled. it's just rambling right now, but it'll come together.

it'll prob take a while to update as i hate uni. blah.
